Guys, I'm sure the Doors comparisons are annoying for fans, but they did sound like a modern alternative version of The Doors. It's not just that he looks, sounds, and chooses to dress like Jim... their sound was VERY similar, especially in the beginning. I was a big fan of these first few albums when they came out but was irritated by how they handled being compared to The Doors, and not wanting to admit they were such an influence, which they clearly were. I thought it was disrespectful.
