  • This is obviously a handyman that knows just enough to be dangerous. I own operate a garage door business. Before making any adjustments to a garage door operator you must first check the operation of the door, manually. Also, the safety beams in this video are about a foot off the floor. According to Federal Code UL-325, January 1, 1993; safety beams must be no lower than 4" and no higher than 6" from the floor. Know what you're talking about before posting how-to's.
