Thats what we have @ our work, a 450C LC. I couldn't imagine how large a 600 would be!

This job had 40 foot cuts to subgrade with a 2:1 slope which puts the slopes at 80 feet out from the toe of slope to the top of slope. So it was actually almost to small for the job. And yes, the company I work for is backed by a nationwide company. It was a really fun job to build. Thanks for your comment!

Yeah thanks! Unfortunatly the economy has got so bad here I got out of excavating for a while. I will miss it though. When it picks up in the future I will probably be doing some more vids.

I will see what I can do. I have been running the machine I usually run which is a 450. The 600 went to another job. Thanks for the comment!

It is a blast to run. Lots and lots of power. I would like to run the new 650 John Deere excavator. Another contractor on the same job site rented one for about two months. It was a sweet machine. The guy was a idiot, he ran the counterwieght into a huge rock and destroyed the right side. Machine only had 300 hours on it.
