@canag0d As a serious amateur golfer in real life, and a golfing game aficionado, I rank this game in my top 5 golf games of all time, and that's an accomplishment considering just how many games there are. This game, aside from no yardage markers and having to memorize each holes yardage, is more realistic then the last TigerWoods game I played in depth 2007. This game is still very playable today (once you learn how to play well). I an shoot -4 one round and +10 the next. Just like real life

@canag0d slip up and your looking at a triple bogey. Yes the putting is very hard, VERY HARD, but if you calculate properly you can make every single putt. Not only that but it requires a certain feel or "touch" to putt well in this game just like in real golf. A combination of lining up the putt properly and calculating power etc. and a deft touch. You can also hole putts from off the green, and make chip in hole outs.

@canag0d on one hole, lets say your 5 pixels (or whatever) away from the green in the fairway, and the shot requires a 5 iron. On the next hole, you can be the same 5 pixels away, yet only need a 9 iron. That is the games ONLY flaw IMO. Putting is PHENOMENAL in this game. It is physics is very good and realistic and stands up to golf games today. By following the arrows on the green you can be a master putter in this game. But even for a pro at this game, one slip up and ur looking

This game is actually really good. Your problem is that you are aiming straight, and the key to this game is to aim away from the fairway and miss the accuracy bar on purpose. This turns out to be much more repeatable and reliable then trying to aim straight and missing the spot. With some planning from tee to green, this game is very do-able. Now you did touch on the games only problem... NO YARDAGE MARKERS!!! Oh man is this frustrating. Especially when the game is not consistent to scale

@animehatchetman The character does resemble Mario, but it wasn't officially marketed that way or recognized as Mario by Nintendo.
