What happens when the sprinklers get hit by a shoe

Well, what happened, was that the guys were being stupid in the locker room apparently, and someone was throwing a shoe, and it hit the sprinkler, although, there are some people at our school stupid enough to actually do this purposefully.....

@paul9511 Oh my word this video is quite old, I had forgotten about it. As far as I recall there was no flooding or anything, just got the locker room wet since it knocked the sprinkler system off in that room.

Was it a false alarm? Did someone who set off the alarm got suspended/expelled/arrested/fi­ned?

they set it off by accident, same thing happened last year but with a powerade bottle, they knocked one of the sprinklers wihich set it and the fire alarms off, They probably got detention for it, if they got caught that is.

Sounds like the alarms are Gentex SHG's and Wheelock 34T's

well being a sprinkler guy myself ppl like this make me angry. this stuff is here to save your life in case of a fire. so leave it be this is why there are union skilledprofessionals like me to maintain and repair so pat yoursef on the back for being a dumb ass
