RE: in Home Massage

This video is in response from a question from Phyllis: I am trying to decide if I want to start doing massage at me home. I have tried to find some sites that may have information or advise from someone who has or is currently doing this. I am reluctant to have strangers in my home but to rent someplace during these tough economic times is scary, especially with everyone holding on even tighter to their money these days. hey! this is great information! I'm in massage school now & was wondering about having my own business at home.

If you do have your business at home, what type of setting...or how would you decorate it? Should there be a window? How about a small water flow fountain, or candles? What do you think about using other color sheets besides white or ivory? What about a solid brown or palm tree green?

Great Video! I have a home massage office in Jax, FL. You have to make sure that the place is clean/ smoke free and your bathroom or toilett is clean for the client. I have repeated clients because I create a relaxing setting for them. I only charge $65/ hour, but they usually pay me $100. The room must be very welcoming, quiet, secluded, and relaxing. Invest in quality candles, incense, water fountain, nice & clean sheets, massage lotion. I have heard complaints about MT's home smelling bad.
