  • Looking at Obama. I don't see a bad man. In fact; I see someone who wants to do right. He's just a man at the butt end of a system used and abused by Bush senior and junior and Reagan and yes, Clinton. You can't blame Obama - the fatal flaws in the money paradigm were locked and loaded long before he arrived.

I'm a good judge of character - Mr. Obama has a few surprises up his sleeve. But fools rush in - and Obama is no fool.

He has to play their game a little - it's called: DIPLOMACY.

  • The government is full of shit. They can't even report the truth anymore. The real cost of the TARP program was TEN TIMES THE SIZE OF WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY SAID. $787 billion was actually $7.77 TRILLION. The scam is over.

You're RIGHT! USPS, a system that has its profits leeched by the treasury but gets nothing in return (ty Congress), is failing! And Solyndra is a perfect example for everything the govt. invests in; every day, we hear of companies with govt. funding disappearing. Like GM! I think...

Let's not forget SS (reminds me of Nazis...)! If the govt. doesn't raise payroll taxes by a percent, it might completely go out of business as soon as 2042!

  • @backlighting

I agree. Let's go live in the backwoods of Texas and hunt game for the rest of our lives! Fuck money, it's printed off of tax dollars. The GOVERNMENT interferes in commerce by printing pieces of paper and magically declaring them to be of value. This obviously favors whoever the government picks to distribute that money.

And so, let us use eggs as our new dollar and blueberries as our new cent! The fed's investments never work. Investing in a paper money system was no exception.

  • FUCK EDUCATION! The Republicans have it good. Their refusal to accept federal spending... well, actually, Republican states usually take more federal funding and pay less taxes, vice versa for Blue states... . point is, fuck education.

Who cares if only 23% of Oklahoma high school students know who the first president of the US is? This is a perfect opportunity to teach them that Reagan was the first true pres, ain't it? And we all know those Wall Street protests are the result of education!!!

  • "Every government interference in the economy consists of giving an unearned benefit, extorted by force, to some men at the expense of others" — Ayn Rand, author of "Atlas Shrugged"

  • @njstevens If federal funding for schools should be increased, where does the spending stop? Look at Solyndra, the US postal service, SEC, social security, --the govt doesnt make good investment decisions. Schools need to have decisions made locally. The federal govt cant do Everything for Every person...

  • @achzdck If you cut my salary in half I wouldnt be able to feed my children, nevermind buy school supplies for your kids because you so lack a value in education that you are too cheap to buy them pencils and paper.

You also cited television as your source of information, referenced the public school system as "THE 'HOOD" and have clearly demonstrated your inability to use correct spelling in grammar. With that in mind, Im guessing you barely have a high school diploma...shut the fuck up.

  • @DaytonWTF I understand the difference. I raise that example only to show that being a tea party supporter isn't necessarily synonymous with being a racist as some would have you believe.
