i have a question: when i play cod mw2 i see that the overlay numbers are in 60-70 but when i start recording it lags a lot and the number goes down in red to 20-30 and my mouse moves fucking bad. i tried without recording it with voice and in half size( and i put 30 or 50 fps). i don't know what to do.

and whats the diference between FPS, frametimes and minmaxavg? THX dude ;)

@LimitedPixel so that fraps doesn't lag ur computer it does as little to the video as possible ie it doesn't compress the file at all so they are massive you can compress the video later if you like
