I'm pretty sure it's simply a matter of trick cards. If you pause the video at 0:07 (when the King first pops up), you can see that the card is cut about half way down. Then, when he has all the cards up, his left thumb covers the slits on all the cards.

My only lead is that You don't show the bottom corners of those cards, so they are probably fake cards, but idk. Maybe there's someone smarter who can figure this out. Unless You montaged the video ofc.
