www.gitarownia.pl. Demo played by Dariusz "Vawrzyn" Wawrzyniak. Sample of a few different settings of DD400. First part of this song is recorded using mono delay mode - directly from OUT A of this unit. Lead guitar uses stereo mode (OUT A + DIR OUT). Background muted guitar after solo is set to ping pong kind of delay. Only solo backing overdrive guitars are dry. Demo recorded on a special Mayones Setius gitarownia.pl custom. All guitars recorded through Vox Amplug AC30.

  • Man I really like this piece, especially at the end. Very nice!

I am planning on buying the DR400 which has the reverb as well. Do you know if that pedal has the same characteristics as this stand alone delay? Also, how are you getting that smooth lead distortion? Very nice.

  • @BlackStarFan007 Thank You :) I haven't got opportunity to test a version with reverb yet. I sepose there will be a problem to get same tone adjustment possibilities...delay have to share some place for reverbs knobs :) As for the lead sound there is nothing more than directly recorded VOX AMPLUG AC30.

  • This is awesome =P, did you record using a interface or a microphone?

  • @dannyskater It was direct recording :) guitar - vox amplug - delay - tube preamp - presonus inspire - PC. :)

  • Hey, does stereo mean it has two outputs? Is it possible to plug one amp with delay and another amp bypass?

  • @seckin12 ...exactly. It is possible to do it this way.

  • Sweet!

No doubt the best demo of this delay pedal onYT!

I've got 3 different delay pedals and I've used one of these DD400 pedals for about 2 years now without a single issue, (I bought i used as well.)

Sure, I'd rather have the metal-cased durability of a Boss pedal, but for the $ difference you can't beat the value of the Behringer.

I wouldn't hesitate to pick up another Behring DD400 if I needed it.

I also have the RV600 Reverb Machine. It's a mighty cool pedal also.

  • ooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • do you by chance no how i would set the knobs so i could do the intro to welcome to the jungle by guns n roses because im actually a drummer and i just like to play guitar on the side so i have no clue as to how i would actually set this up

  • e uma porcaria sou mais g1 do que isso ai

  • what's your delay setting on this demo??

  • @vavrzyn DR400 has almost both of reverb and delay separately. There are 4 settings for delay, 4 for dofferent reverbs, and 4 are the delays but all of them with added reverb which is not adjustable. :)

  • @vavrzyn I have to say this is very well mixed, even with good hardware its hard for some people to make a good mix I also have a couple of Behringer pedals, it's an ultra metal like yours and a ultra distortion, I prefer the ultra distortion because it usually cuts through better in a mix. The ultra metal is also good depending on the adjustment and it sounds just like a boss metal zone.
