The Zelda Project: "Epona Training Take 03"

The Zelda Project team is at it again, this time by making preparations for Hyrule Field / Lon Lon Ranch photo set. We will be attempting stunts with Epona, an 18HH Belgian and American Cream mix Draft named "Big John" (who just loves to eat!). Anthony, AKA Lune and model for Link, will be undergoing rigorous training from Dawn Stafford over the next month or so in order to warm him up into the saddle and get him ready for his ride with Epona in the open field!

It's been a few weeks since we've uploaded anything. Lune was sick for the past couple of weeks so he was unable to make it to his regular scheduled lessons, but we're back with the next lesson and he makes great progress!

Haha ever notice training a human is just like training a horse? I kept waiting for Dawn to either pat him on the head or give him a carrot whenever he did something right.

On a different note, there is nothing quite like riding a horse. Learning is sometimes tedious and difficult, but when you are finally let free with your companion it is all worth it. I've never had a better adrenaline rush then galloping through an open field or fleeing from a swarm of angry wasps...fun times. Keep riding
