  • We're not mice, and sorry but living 3 years longer is not worth a lifetime of obsessive compulsive calorie counting, anemia, and diminished sex drive. This really has to be your religion to be able to do it for life.

plus, where's the rest of the video? were you afraid we might get the other side of this argument????

  • 3 years is a guess, check out my blog "matts cr" ;)

Umm, it could be as much as 15-20 or 30 years more life. No one knows! Anyone that claims they know, is a liar.

ALso the argument was that maybe infections kill you sooner. So they were looking at centenarians genes and found higher HDL particles... I cut video off at the wrong time, sorry! urgh.

  • and counting calories takes approx 5 minutes in the entire day... hardly an 'effort'.

  • Bullshit theory, look at this anemic, palid couple, do they look healthy? Eat what you want in a reasonable way, there is no such thing as the Holy Graal.

I´m doing CR for a year now, only difference everybody tells me I look white sick and I´m starving all the time, I´ll stop practicing now.

  • go to my blog ;) been on CR since I was 18, im now 25. CR works in keeping you young...

google 'matts cr'.. or watch my youtube videos when i start doing them next month!

  • Very informative, I should start doing this because I'm overweight.

  • I believe him. CR seems like such a commitment though that not unlike religion, you cannot allow doubts of any kind to creep in and since eating so few calories would seem to be associated with less and not more energy, anyone sold on the idea would not probably be able to evalutate their energy level in an unbiased fashion. Something like an observation from another neutral person would mean more. He didn't SEEM very energetic, in fact he looked and seemed a little lethargic.

  • Dude, why do your videos end abruptly in the middle with no clue if the next part exists? I appreciate the posts but it's kind of a fail.

  • That brownie dessert looks wonderful. How many calories is in it?

  • It doesn't have to be starvation at all.You can eat copious amounts of vegetables every day, because they are so low in calories. The vegetables are full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidents, and many other healthy cofactors.

  • 30 Bananas a day, 3000 calories, awsome overeating.

  • THIS WAS MY CROATIA IN COMMERCIAL ON THE BEGGINING!

  • lol my underfed piranha lived for 5 years.

  • @Breezeaired Your lack of knowledge on this subject is stunning. Just because you are inept at applying a diet it MUST be bullshit?!?!? Try using some real evidence and not error ridden personal experience. I would direct people to the book "Beyond the 120 Year Diet" by Roy Wolford. It has examples of large groups of people who are on this succesful diet (i.e. Okinawans).

  • To the haters: David Murdock practices this, and he's 85. Thanks to this, he can do 50 push ups without stopping. Well, according to him anyways. CR works well if you do it right. I honestly think a little sacrifice will be worth it for a life, hopefully, 125 years long.

  • CROATIA,MY COUNTRY!HEHEH
