@rvggarcon Being thin does not equal being slim. Lean mass equals muscles. Thin models have little muscles, and the percentage of fat in their bodies is higher.

Jack Lalanne,who just passed away at 96, as a young man could not have won body building contests by todays standards with his approach.But LaLanne built his frame to one he could sustain even to an old age by thinking long term.I think thats what this man is getting at.

WTF is he talking about? Male and Female models these days are very thin. The whole muscle look is over, perhaps it should be titled BODY BULDERS ARE FAT- Hello?!! We already fucking knew that!

@emmyjo720 He's probably not thin by your standards, but he certainly is healthy and probably somewhat muscular. Besides he didn't go out and just say ''Models are fat''', that's just an out of context title they decided to give the video.
