This is a Toy Piano that I modified. There is an added piezo-electric pickup and the back was modfied so that it is removable (see video 2). Special thanks to my friends Susan and Tim, who are playing the piano and adjusting the parameters on various effects pedals respectively. The piezo-electric pickup is connected to a 1/4" mono jack mounted in the piano and it is plugged directly into the effects pedals and into the amplifier; you are hearing both the sounds directly from the piano as well as the processed signal through the amplifier. In the second video, you will see the removable back feature, which allows you to play the comb of metal tines directly.
