SA LP Ultimate Doom E4M1 100% Ultra-Violence Challenge

* Beat E4M1 on Ultra Violence with 100% kills, items, and secrets.

This took about 55 minutes to finish. Lots of rust here, and I had to play like a chicken near the end. Ammo management in this map is 90% of the challenge, with the other 10% being managing the spawns in the blue key room.

Played on ZDoom 2.5.0.2508.
