2009 Australian Fitness Industry Survey

Now in it's 2nd year the 2009 Australian Fitness Industry Survey received 620 responses which far exceeded our expectations and 135% up on last year.
In addition to the club survey, over 7,000 responses were received from the NEW active and lapsed members surveys which included over 2,000 individual comments. This unprecedented insight into the operation of fitness facilities across the country along with real answers to some of those nagging questions, about staff quality, retention issues, the best time to open and close and why they really leave slideshow.
