THAT HAWK DID NOT KILL THAT PIGEON. IT HAS RIGAMORTIS WHICH MEANS THE PIGEON HAS BEEN DEAD FOR QUITE SOME TIME BEFORE THE HAWK FOUND IT. TOTAL SET UP.

@111chazz Ya know, I noticed that too. Pretty stiff for a "fresh caught bird". Whats this guy feeding this bird anyway. At least he could provide a nice "warm" and "fresh" meal.
