I'm comfortable saying the bible is a lie. Well, not a lie because they believed it most likely, but it's certainly incorrect. Pigs are one of the cleaner animals and they're about as intelligent as the average 3 year old human. People hate on pigs based on writing from thousands of years ago before science; it's not rational.

Tilapia is one of the filthiest fish, salmon is crap unless it's wild. Shrimp, lobster, and crabs are actually some of the healthiest available protein sources. Pork can really go either way. You are what you eat, and the same thing goes for what you eat, both animal and plant sources. Every fruit or vegetable's nutritional content is entirely based on the environment it was raised. Plants that have not been exposed to stress will not produce many antioxidants because it's wasted energy.
