  • @alysonbrown13 .......which was FEMAs/governments staging area for all equipment and supplies coming in to the region. Unfortunately where they went after that, I have no idea, the National Guard was tasked with delivering the supplies into the disaster zones and shelters. Kudos & thanks to you for volunteering with the Red Cross.

  • @alysonbrown13 Just to tickle your fancy. During the whole ordeal before and after Katrina. I was tasked by FEMA. During the 3 days before landfall and the 10 or so days afterward, I p/u in St.Louis & delivered 3 trailers full of ice (apx. 150,000 lbs), p/u near Joplin MO & delivered 4 trailers full of bottled water (apx 260,000 lbs) and p/u near Kansas City & delivered 2 trailers that were designed & supplied as medical triage surgical trailers to Camp Shelby in Hattiesburg MS.....nxt post

  • Guess all the Obama supporters know exactly how the Bush supporters felt when opportunists pointlessly attacked Bush over Katrina. Pretty low using an act of God (or nature for you whiny God-haters) to twist for political points. It was disgusting when it was used against Bush. Now your chickens are coming home to roost. But that argument is only valid when you are using it to hate on America, huh?

  • holy cow @2:03!!!
