  • You just doubled your awesomeness now that I know that you are vegan.

    Awesome. (x2)

  • @AdrianHObradors Yay! Are you vegan too?

  • @alyiswriting Well, I'm actually ovo-lacto vegetarian, as is really hard to be vegan here in Spain, as almost everything does have eggs or milk. I do avoid it if I can (and with more reason if the eggs aren't organic).

I was vegan for a year while I was living in California, last year. Perhaps I should become vegan again.

    :)

  • @AdrianHObradors I am continually surprised and delighted by how many people who watch my videos are vegetarian :)

  • Ah cool! Thanks. I'll definitely write down all those books. I already read and really liked The Giver. Do you read the AoNC blog too? I haven't read the book yet, but found that blog in the last couple weeks and have been really liking it.

Let's see, If I stick with non-fiction I think I'd say these two are my favorites of the last year or so:

    Predictably Irrational- Dan Ariely

    The Head Trip- Jeff Warren

Feel free to add my on skype if you'd like. My username is pretty easy to guess.

  • @thepeteris Yes, I "stumbled upon" his blog last year and thought it was the greatest thing, and it led to me becoming more interested in other blogs, minimalism, world travel...and got me started thinking about more unconventional ways of living, that perhaps I don't have to buy a house and car and lots of stuff and have the same career for 40 years and whatnot. I think his book's definitely worth reading.

I'll check those two books out! And add you on skype (although I'm rarely on).
