US do have counties that allow even prostitution. Also US do not invade private houses looking for prostitutes. In this particular event law is not being enforced, its being abused by corrupt police officer. They will put a good show and in the end get some money out of these people and let em go.

Dear, I am an American Citizen, and I think what Pakistanis are doing is NOT out of bounds. Here in U.S. we also have laws against prostitutions, and infact it is illegal to solicit any form of activity involving selling services of personal nature in exchange for money. Yes, there are many loopholes and people get around them, but NO ONE WANTS a brothel in their neighborhood, anywhere.
What Pakistanis Did is OK. There are upholding their law, and its quite fine and NOBLE thing.
