no it isnt because if you a girl ur brother gets kidnaped and if your a boy ur sister gets kidnaped... also there is no offical info about most pics, and or it could be the sister from part 1 of fable because in some convenche i went they said that the girl in the pic might be u if ur a girl in the future or ur sister from part one that u will see in the beggining of fable 2.

fable fan i think the older sis from fable 1 will b a spirit bcause its 500 years into the future and plus u might have killed her in the first game so thats my guess
