United Nurses of Alberta First Vice-President Bev Dick spoke to the media today about Alberta Health Services' plan to rapid hire 100 Registered Nurses in Calgary, and plans to soon rapid hire RNs in Edmonton, and across Alberta.

i got laid off THREE times in health care in the 1990s.
I wonder what happened to heather smith. Hmmm.
This problem is going to worsen as people age. Perhaps more elderly will just be blended in with homes because there won't be enough nursing homes.
No health plan, it's all reactionary it seems
