Did you know that the average company loses more than half its customers every 5 years? Why?
It's simple. Most companies start to think they're more important than their customers. And they get greedy, too. That's when they try to stick it to their customers in ways they don't think their customers will notice. I'm talking about excessive fees on things like hotel phone bills... rental-car gas charges... credit cards, to name a few.
Or they cut customer benefits while raising prices. What happens? Customers start to feel ripped off and they look for alternatives. And once they're gone, they're near impossible to get back.
That's just dumb. Yet it happens all the time.

Yea it's just a few views, but are you going to see him? that's 2 of us that may not be using him anymore. Now I was reparing a guy's computer that's a commercial landscaper and he told me the best place to go buy plants and trees is the place down on southern and 32 nd street I believe, if you want his info let me know. He is a great fella...

Last year, my landscaper came out and weeded and trimmed our bushes for $150. I watched them do the work and it took them less than 1 1/2 hours. Now, they want $450 to do the same thing as last year. I just checked with another landscaper and he wants $1000. WTF. I should have been a landscaper.

Not a lot of views, I don't think that this video is going to affect his business.
