Hold On by Mica Paris - BT Paralympic World Cup 2010

The 2010 BT Paralympic World Cup will take place in Manchester between 25th - 31st May 2010 and is the largest annual international multi-sport competition in elite disability sport anywhere in the world.

It has been staged annually in Manchester since 2005 and hosts up to 400 international athletes from 31 countries. The event is aimed at bridging the four yearly gap between the Summer Paralympic Games (the next one being London 2012).

Football 7-a-side has been introduced to the BT Paralympic World Cup for the first time in 2010. The three other sports are Wheelchair Basketball, Swimming and Athletics.

The event will be shown live (including highlights from the week) on BBC2 on Monday 31st May.
