Today's media world is rich in information of all kinds written, video, audio and digital. Increasingly, consumers need special tools to held them connect with existing information sources. The cell phone carried by most American adults can be that conduit.

But what information will they choose to get via a mobile phone? Will it include the news and information now supplied by newspapers and other mass media outlets? Can the cell phone become the tool to better consume, organize and participate in news?
