  • Is it true that you have 50% off house prices in the USA as of now?

  • @sugarraygras Yes, we have already declined (-50%) in AZ and it is going lower still. Many economists think (-70 -to -75%) total peak-to-trough decline in my home state.

  • if everybody is selling should we be buying?

  • @moniequa Not yet. We still have not had capitulation.

  • PG&E who never mailed us a bill or statement cut our power off and said the bill was never paid and no warnings either then the house got broke into and we got cleaned out the house is in Vallejo Calif which is the city that filed bankruptcy so the cops did very little who are overwhelmed. Point is people are broke and desperate and will stop at nothing to steal goods and sell them

  • @tk1488 OK so the bankers bailout of billions, is all the cause of the poor ? Social housing has been slashed under Labour and the Lib Con coalition, thatwhy why people who can not afford to buy, and been forced into the private housing sector, and that the cause of the Housing benefit is though the roof. We should re introduce rent controls !

  • @sugarraygras It is the poor that caused the deficit, you only need to look at UK Government spending since '97 to see how many hundreds of billions have been handed out to the poor in welfare and socialised health and social care. The poor in the UK are too lazy to do fuck all about anything; it will be the middle class who will rise against those sucking them dry from above (the rich) and below (the poor/lazy).

  • Have you seen the cuts announced in the UK today. They have basically made the poor payy for the deficit through harsh cuts in the welfare budgets. The are also cutting most departments by 30%.Maybe a huge public convulsion in Britain is your catalyst.

  • @MENVUNOT Thanks for the insight!
