  • Great job, my brother.  If I could do only one thing for the rest of my life, it would be this combo exercise. You get a big bang for your buck with this one - explosive, strength, metabolic effect, etc. Just do 40 of these everyday, and that's all you will need.

  • Is this one of the best full body workouts or no????
