The Google Voice mobile app allows you to place calls that show your Google number as the outbound caller ID, make cheap international calls, and visually navigate between voicemail messages.
@Euriskan Didn't say I hadn't heard of it, said I haven't heard anyone brag about it, it's kinda in the same category as t-mobile which is why I can understand third-party apps for iphone and androids don't make it there main priority. First off, I don't have an iphone, sprint 3D droid ftw, so I don't know how any of that works, but aside from buying one of the phones that do work with it like the two there and the windows phone and such, I'm just saying not to care too much, skype is better.
@IxProvenxI Haven't heard of nokia since junior high or symbian OS until now? Understand iphone takes the spotlight but until it supports 4g.. I am sticking with my nokia. 9.99 for unlimited w/tethering support and can skype like iphone? Skype isn't the question its google voice since it's what I use for everything. A native google voice app for Nokia Symbian would be nice. As it is, skype options made it easy for me to dump google voice. I now pay skype sub due to symbian support, bye GV
@Euriskan Not trying to talk shit or anything, but I just don't think anyone really cares about Nokia anymore. I'm sure your phone is great and all, but I've never heard someone say, "Hey check out this new awesome Nokia!", at least not since middle school. I had to look up what Symbian even was just now. But I do Skype my distant relatives on their comps and my buddies on the iphone so I would suggest it, works great when I'm connected to the wireless. Give it a shot, a lot better anyway.
Any chance of a Voice App for Bada OS on Samsung Wave? Pretty please??
