Ingredientes para dos personas:
-cebolla 50 gr
-arroz carnaroli 150 gr
-azafràn un sobrecito
-vino blanco 10 dl
-mantequilla 15 gr
-parmesano 20 gr
-caldo vegetal 300 ml
-tocino de jamon 40 gr

  • @akallazabeth Hola!! la galleta de parmesano se hace ponendo el queso rallado en una sarten anti adherente bastante caliente. se cocina durante dos minutos dando la vuelta! despues se retira e un papel absorbente..ciao ciao=)
