@Girfan12345 Really complicated. You need to be Lucario Ranked, Lv100, with Friend Bow and Overgrow Forest. When you see a Kecleon Shop at a Dungeon, steal items from him and keep killing all Kecleons. Stay close to a Staircase, since a Escape Orb after the Thief Attempt won't allow the Orb's effect. After befriending it, head to next floor and use a Escape Orb. 0.1% of getting recruited.
