GIANT ZIT!!! hillbilly style!

our crazy friend that we met in florida ( he has wrestled alligators and sharks) he's nuts! well he had a black head and his friend tried to pop it but it got infected and turned into a huge zit. and a doctor told him to put a beer bottle in a boiling pot of water and wrap a cold rag around it cut the zit with a knife and press it against the zit the cold rag will react with the heat and it will cause a suction and pull the gunk out so we got one of the attempts on camera. there was several other tries before and after this one.
