i've been doing the workout every other day and i used to squat, which was part of the reason for my back pain, but the hip flexor work outs seem to worsen it

hey man well u wanna give your body a break so do it for like two days then break a day, and ya know some works outs dont work for everyone so if its hurting your babe id stop

hey man thats a good set of exercies, would you recomend a 30 minute ab exercise 2-3 times a week? or 3-4? and how long have you been doin that for to get such good results?

3-4 and it should take you about 4 to 5 months for really really good results if your running and keeping a good diet
