@MegaFatboy12345 She's Pururu, I don't exactly what episode she comes in (I'm in the 70's... Netflix ftw XD) but I know she's in episode 101-103 (those are three parts of a story, awesome. Spoiler: Giroro has a brother) And she's in a lot of flashbacks. She uses a syringe as a weapon and to heal members of her... uhh... group.
