I am not gay but two of my best friends were back in the day. I used to be in a shell until those two guys pulled me out. They exposed me to the club scene and good fun. They are both now dead and gone. One of them asked me just before he died if his life made a difference to anybody...and i tried with all i had in me to let him know the gift of joy he gave me. When i hear this song i can see both of their faces clearly in my mind. I miss them deeply and the joy they gave me can't be measured.
