ron paul has so many great ideas, its too bad he's such an extreme strict constructionist

@supernannoe44 so to clarify what you're saying based on your argument, you believe one's personal choice will determine what rights a person or society has?
-
*there are
-
@supernannoe44 you're confusing what im saying. i saying that their are certain necessities which govt should protect for the long term benefit of humanity. short term benefit would be what you listed, food, clothing, shelter. i agree govt should not ensure it because it is easily distributable amongst society, but there should be standards in what goes out.

@phenomenalclassic93 Our country operates under a constitution which protects everyone as they pursue their responsibility to provide for themselves. It does not provide food clothing shelter health care Etc. The laws of God who are also recognized in our founding, make it our moral responsibility for us to care for each other, not by Government force but by personal choice and true charity which is love of God and Man

@phenomenalclassic93 Governing as a collective is what killed about 9 million people in Russia The tragic results of collective government are numerous. The laws of God (OR nature ) are perfect and we have a choice to make and consequences to live with. A man who really respects himself will ALWAYS respect others and will be bound to share and uplift. Rather that man in leadership than one who thinks Government force is the answer for poverty and ignorance.

@phenomenalclassic93 I know it is difficult to believe that my way is even possible, but where are we now after 100 plus years of more and more government programs and forced redistribution of wealth? Faith in the laws of nature and natures God will be a REAL and lasting answer. love yourself and you will love your neighbor. Teach love and responsibility and we will Thrive!!

@phenomenalclassic93 In this republic that is formed to function under our constitution the government is not in charge of providing education and health care and food and shelter. We are all responsible for doing our best to provide for ourselves and all of us are morally responsible to help those who are not able to provide for themselves. This is Charity as A God given principle. It cannot be equated with the forced taking from one and redistributing to others.

@supernannoe44 sorry but ron paul is an individual, not a leader.an individual serves himself before others. a leader puts the regard of everyone first before himself by recognizing what concepts are to be ensured in order for society to come together. certain necessities include education, healthcare, both which support the progress of humanity
-
@phenomenalclassic93 what you miss is the truth that the best leader is one who understands and respects his own worth and value and is righteous enough to live with respect for the worth and value of everyone else. that is someone you can trust as a leader.
It's amazing, innit? How mere "Common Sense" sounds "revolutionary" amidst all the retards running government into the toilet.
