@chivyionn actually down in colombia the unique kind of bamboo that grows there ( or guadua as they call it) is often referred as organic steel, need little maintanance over the years and grows everywhere so its pretty cheap ( not to say almost free) to get enough buiding materials although it must be kept away from direct sunlight if it is prepared at the time the banboo has been cut ( i even hear the best time of the to cut off the guadua its during the night on a full moon----no bull).

great video ...one question ...what method do you used to preserve it? and what kind of bamboo are you using to build those amazing buildings...actually there`s more than one question the point is how expensive is it to build a normal one story house in american dollars? thanks and keep up with the good work....

el grande edificio es una escola donde se puede apprender a utilizar el bambu para la construcion, la pequena casa es un projecto para casas hacer baratas por familia con pequeno salario.

Hola,
si tu hablas de los paneles entro los bambu es arena con un mezcla de cimento o cal , o los 2 juntos, no me acuerdo. Por lo que es de los colores son pigmento naturales
