I've read a few other translations of this song before and I have to say that yours is definitely the one with which I most agree. The turn of phrase can be a difficult thing to capture when translating (especially, in my opinion, from Chinese to English) and I think you've done an amazing job. Just thought you should know!

Right now I am living on my own in BeiJing China, so that's why I haven't been uploading videos recently. Not because of the living on my own as much as the fact that youtube (along with many other sites) are blocked in Mainland China. But I am using a proxy it just takes forever to upload small files. But I do want to and definitely will translate more Chinese songs (and lots more MayDay) in the future!

@byss30 A lot of Chinese songs have vital kouyu (spoken Chinese) poiunts to them and are a bit harder translate if you're not familiar with how they're used. So I also plan on translating more just because it also helps me with my kouyu, and becuase I flipping love the lyrics of the songs I choose.

I will definitely be checking out some more of your videos! I'm a long-time Mayday fan from the U.S. and having recently relocated to TW to perfect my Chinese (it's my second language, but far from perfect), I just can't get enough of them. Also, as a musician myself, I always find that it is hard to grasp the poetic meaning behind a lot Mandarin songs, so I really just wanted to let you know what I great job I thought you did.
