Unsafe Crane

IBC Solutions reported an unsafe crane back in September of 2005 to OSHA. Although the building department failed to issue any summones for the crane, the contractor received fine for other violations. I lobbied the city, state, and federal elected officials immediately and propose CSIT as an independent board of trustees, funded to promote public safety issues in NYS. This was an election year, and there was very little done afterwards because lobbying is expensive... even if it can save lives. In fact, two months later there was a fatality reported to OSHA. The day laborer was picked up from the very spot I lobbied to put a life saving process in place that would have saved his life. CSIT. It's coming... contact advocate@ibcsolutions.net for more info
