Is it true that those razor clams be eaten raw, as sushi and sashimi? Cause if that's true, then I'll be making sushi out of them.

Dunno, but I've never seen anybody eat them raw. Razor clams this fresh, all you need is grill them over some hot coal, season with salt, pepper, extra v olive oil, and lemon juice, and they taste out of this world.

@dafranx They usually eat giant clams for sushi, the texture in razor clams are a little too soft. I personally like to cook the razor clams with hot / sweet peppers, garlic and black bean sauce.
