@CHASEIMAI You are correct. I could easily be incorrect. He could have allergies, or he could have had a cold during this interview, but he is showing sings of intranasal psychostimulant use.

There IS logic is my previous statements. Like I said, his first reaction was to put his finger directly to his nostril and sniff. People who use drugs intranasally do the same thing.

@profoundsedation uhhh im not trying to be a dick but you could be wrong. you can't say that just because he keeps touching his nose an that it's dripping means he does drugs i mean theres no logic put into that statement. i dont do drugs and my nose always drips because i have allergies but hey im not saying im right it could be anything

@jugganuat15 He obviously has a runny nose, but it's not because he's sick. He's snorting drugs, It's obvious. Whether or not it's cocaine is debatable. At 1:57 he puts his hand to his nose as if he was going put his finger to his nostril. If his first reaction is to put his finger to his nostril, that means he snorts drugs. Plus, he always sounds congested and it's not hard to imagine him snorting drugs.

Donnie's rubbing his nose at 2:00. That's post nasal drip caused by intranasal drug use. He sounds like he's got a clothespin on his nose. Probably, cocaine because he keeps fidgeting. Powder drugs are bad.
