  • Interesting. O saw this from the other end in 1980 and I remember tracks stll looking solid across both bridges and tunnels, like the last train had justrun the previous summer. I have been to the gorge twice since 2000, but I have never gottenup this far. Thanks for posting this, I've always wondered what this end looks like today.

  • Are trains able to get to the bridge, and if not what's a rough estimate on when they will be able to?

  • @railrider52

Track was pulled off and back from 2nd bridge when last owners had it...

piled-up around curve from 75' cut....

  • @Conrail6370 track ends as starts on 2nd bridge.....rlrdr

  • hmmm.... It seems Len and I was going THE OTHER WAY!!..lol..(toward blevins)...hmmmm....river closer? Sure seems to make BRIDGE LOWER to the water......

  • @railrider52 The bridge is not lower. The river is closer. Its all up hill to the state line.

  • Contact our roadmaster on utube acct. etwncengineer .....thanks...

  • railrider52, do you people have a web address? I can post an add on our project's website.
