I believe it was sad to be released on December 6th, but I don't have anything official - just going off of word from the forums. Don't think it requires VIP, just that you have to buy it from the store (which will be the norm from now on).

@Obliviongatekeeper when capturing videos or soloing, i use a bind that hides chat, navigation, and info windows.

@16mcheer since the release of Freedom, they've added one new power set per month, so I would expect it sometime this month.
