Do you know of Plas Dol y Moch?? I was there in about 1967/8 Me and a friend had hugely mysterious incident behind the house orienteering one night in the forest. There is a myth of the giant around there. We might have had one such experience. Especially as I have researched these giants extensively in the past few years. Ever heard of any of these stories?? Hope you reply.

I am afraid I don't know Plas Dol y Moch and I don't know the myths of giants except for the one that would walk the length of Offa's Dyke (along the mountain ridges) and, of course, Red Ifan? in the Conway valley (Cadair Ifan Goch?)

I went there the other day, near the "access 2" and saw some Camels, camping next to the gate, jut outisde security, so luckily got to have a peep, they had very impressive looking gear on. :)

Plas is an outward bound school for kids. Its near Ffestiniog. If you google Ffestiniog/giant you will see pics of a rock outside a church with the hand print of this giant pressed in to it. I live in Hereford so very close to Offa's dyke. I'll check out the the above info. The incident I had brought out a load of local police to check out the area. And they didn't seem to dibelieve our story. They were concerned.
