How the home made plasma cutter torch head is put together. After trying home made torch heads I decided to use a commercial torch head because they have better air control and cut cleaner. This "Replacement" torch head accounts for most of the cost for my plasma cutter.

Just find a commercial model you like and then order a "replacement head" don't let them sell you all the extras other than electrodes and tips.
