You should have put the head, and before drawing the animation you make 2 lines so it won't resize.

nice effort for your first animation, just try and use an extra layer to draw guide lines to mark the stickman's shoulders and hip to prevent it from resizing :)

good effort for your first animation! one tip would be to watch out for resizing. Try drawing guidelines on a separate layer so it doesn't look like the stickman is shrinking or growing. do you have a fluidanims account?
