Concorde Fly-Past at Heathrow 1996

Blowing the dust off my 13 year old Video 8 camcorder, I have finally been able to transfer footage of Concorde (in classic Landor scheme) and the Red Arrows performing a fly-past at Heathrow Airport's 50th Birthday celebration in May 1996.
Recorded from atop Terminal 3's car park, this footage demonstrates our reasons for going digital!

I saw phil collins talking about how cool it was to play for the new years eve countdown in paris, jump on a concorde, and do it again in time for the countdown in times square, new york...bet not too many can say they did that.

I had an outside chance of flying with one back in 2000 right before the crash, but I bailed out thinking I could do that later, after I graduated college. Now I would have to stand in a 30,000 people long line if they ever did a one-off voyage again, dang! Nice video!
