The Bridge is a great way to stretch and strngthen and warm up all at the same time. There are various degrees of easy and hard. always start out easy, finding comfort, relaxation, and breathing first. Then increase with movement, to and fro, back and fourth, lifting each limb. A great strengthener is an upside down push up -or Bridge Up! try that n tell me what you think.
