you need a study to tell you the newest generation of high school seniors can barely read or communicate beyond slang and one word answers? if this frightens you then think of the wonderful way things will be when these kids grow up and take over. the answer take away the public school. online school. get parents involved. if you can't take charge of your kids, you shouldn't have them
