My 97 Grand Am stops at 105. Also is it just me or does anyone else love the sound of a Pontiac getting driven with a lead foot.

Gotta love pontiacs. My dads mom was in the hospital and he was 80 miles away. Doctors said she might not make it through the night so he took my 01 grand prix (It was his at the time, i was only 10 years old) He set the cruse at 109mph (right below the speed limiter) and hauled ass the whole 80 miles and he tells me now that he could bairly tell the differance between 109 and 75.

had mine at 132 with me and 2 others in the car im not sure what i can do without the extra 350 pounds.

I didn't read all the comments, just a few, so I don't know if you've been asked with this before, but have you ever tried with a GPS telling you a more accurate speed?

I've had mine to 130 also but What most people don't know is the transmissions on these grand ams came from the 4 cyl engines and taking them over 125 can cause severe damage the transmission so I'd be careful doing it very offen
